Quick, Rich, Moist Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg
    Milk (enough to make 1 c.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Honey Bee Glaze
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Have all ingredients to about 75 degrees.
    Sift flour, sugar, powder and salt together.
    Cut in the butter.
    Break egg into a measuring cup.
    Fill with milk. Beat and add to the dry ingredients with the vanilla.
    Pour batter into a greased pan and over with honey bee glaze.
    Bake about 25 minutes.
