Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) box cream cheese
2 to 3 drops peppermint flavoring (oil or extract)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients by hand until consistency of dough.
Roll into small balls and roll in granulated sugar.
Press into hard plastic candy molds (not rubber molds).
These mints are sticky and should be sugar coated before molding.
Pillow mints can also be made by rolling in long \"snakes\" and cutting apart with scissors or knife.
