Energy Chews - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. honey
4 Tbsp. carob powder
1 c. peeled, grated apple
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. rolled oats
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Melt the butter and add the next 5 ingredients.
Boil for 1 minute; remove from heat and add the rolled oats, nuts and vanilla. Blend well.
Drop onto oiled cookie sheet or waxed paper.
Let cool and eat.
