Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. milk
    2 tsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until well done.
    Cut off tops and scoop out inside into bowl.
    Beat remaining ingredients with potatoes.
    Stir in 1/4 medium onion sauteed in 2 tablespoons butter and 1/4 cup grated cheese.
    (Save some to sprinkle on top.)
    Bake for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
