Lemon Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 medium head cabbage (about 1 1/2 lb.), coarsely chopped
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper (lemon pepper is great)
Preparation
    Heat wok or skillet to 325\u00b0 for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add first 4 ingredients and stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes.
    Cover.
    Reduce heat and steam 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
    Add lemon rind and remaining ingredients.
    Mix and continue heating until cabbage is of tenderness desired.
    Serve while hot.
