Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. shredded frozen potatoes, thawed
12 oz. grated American cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 small onion, chopped
2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Place thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix together rest of ingredients except corn flakes and butter.
Pour over potatoes. Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle melted butter over all.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
