Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. peeled apples, chopped fine
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour

Preparation

Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
Beat.
Add nuts, apples and raisins.
Stir thoroughly.
Add soda, cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Stir in flour.
Batter will be stiff.
Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
