Nacho Chip Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. skinless boneless chicken (can sub with ground beef)
2 cans cream of chicken
1 can tomatoes and green chilies
1/4 bag taco seasonings
3 c. mild Cheddar cheese
1 bag nacho chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0. Bake 20 minutes. Boil chicken and cut in bite size pieces. Mix chicken, chicken soup, tomatoes and green chilies (drain can for a mild flavor), taco seasoning and 2 cups of cheese. Put chips in a greased baking dish. Spread mixture over chips. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Bake until cheese is melted and started to brown. Can garnish with shredded lettuce and sour cream.
