Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. Ore-Ida frozen hash browns
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    10 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes.
    Combine 1/2 cup melted butter with all ingredients, except cornflake crumbs.
    Mix in a 3-quart casserole. Mix cornflakes with remaining 1/4 cup of butter; sprinkle flakes over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
