Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. lard or shortening
    3/4 c. very warm water (about)
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix the dry ingredients.
    Cut in the lard.
    Add enough water to make a stiff dough.
    Divide into 12 balls; roll out onto a lightly floured board, making them as thin as possible. Bake for about 2 minutes on each side in an ungreased cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
    Makes about 1 dozen.
