Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1 c. mashed banana
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    nonstick spray coating
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    In a large bowl, stir together egg whites, bananas, sugar and oil.
    Stir flour mixture into banana mixture just until moistened.
    Spray an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
    Spread batter in prepared pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes on wire rack before taking loaf out of pan.
