Coconut Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. homogenized milk
    8 eggs
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Bisquick
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients
    in a blender; mix on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour
    into
    ungreased
    9\tx
    11-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with grated coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
