Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    3 c. rhubarb, cut up
    1 to 2 tsp. almond flavoring (optional)
Preparation
    Blend ingredients.
    Beat smooth.
    Pour over 3 cups rhubarb in 9 or 10-inch pastry-lined pie pan.
    Top with lattice crust.
    Bake in a hot oven (450\u00b0) for 10 minutes, then in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for about 30 minutes.
