Ensaymada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    3 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    4 c. flour (Robin Hood)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except butter.
    Add flour.
    Knead until smooth.
    Cover and let rise until double.
    Shape like (cinnamon rolls) and let rise again.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until slightly brown.
    Before serving, spread butter on top of the rolls and sprinkle with sugar.
