Canned Imitation Crushed Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. prepared zucchini
    3/4 c. real lemon juice
    23 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
    2 c. sugar
    yellow food coloring
Preparation
    Peel zucchini; grind and measure.
    Combine all ingredients in large pot and cook 20 minutes.
    Remove from heat and place in clean canning jars.
    Seal and cold pack for 15 minutes.
