Chicken Casserole With Biscuits(Kentucky Bluegrass Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. each: chopped celery, onion and green pepper
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    2 c. biscuit mix (make your own)
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives (optional)
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook celery, onion and green pepper in butter until soft. Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add the chicken broth and cook until mixture thickens.
    Stir constantly.
