Potato Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. diced onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
    cornflakes, crushed
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl (except cornflakes).
    Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle topping with cornflake crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
