Roast Turkey, Pheasant, Chicken Or Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/4 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 c. white wine
Preparation
    Fold foil in
    shape of boat to fit bird.
    Place bird in foil boat.
    Mix ingredients; pour over bird and close the foil tight over
    bird.
    Sprinkle
    lightly
    with parsley flakes and paprika before folding foil.
    Cook on back yard cooker on low heat until tender, about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
