New Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans chunk pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. chopped apple
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 c. halved seedless red grapes
    1/2 c. toasted walnut pieces
    2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/3 c. lemon flavored yogurt
    1 Tbsp. honey
    lettuce leaves (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, gently toss together pineapple, apple, celery, grapes, walnuts and kiwi fruit.
    In a small bowl stir together the mayonnaise or salad dressing, yogurt and honey; fold gently into fruit mixture.
    Cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
