Casserole Date Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut, chopped
1 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 c. dates, cut up

Preparation

Beat eggs well; add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy. Stir remaining ingredients in; turn into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir well with wooden spoon while hot.
Cool; form into small balls.
Roll in granulated sugar.
