Monterey Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice, cooked
3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
2 cans chopped green onions
2 small jars chopped pimentos
2 large cartons sour cream
salt
jalapeno peppers (optional)
grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients and put in a greased casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Then cover with grated sharp Cheddar cheese and put under broiler.
