Cocktail Meatballs (300) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. ground chuck
    3 lb. hot pork sausage
    3 Tbsp. cumin seed
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. thyme
    1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    parsley flakes
    24 oz. V-8 juice
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 cans beef broth
    4 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Mix meats and spices together. Add salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Shape into tiny meatballs and bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0, shaking occasionally. Remove balls and put drippings in pan on low heat. Add V-8 juice, broths and bouillon cubes. Heat until juice is reduced slightly. Serve with sauce in chafing dish.
