Best Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. rough-grated carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Mix everything together in a large bowl, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Divide the batter between three 8 or 9-inch cake pans, greased and lightly floured.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
For smaller cake pans, bake a few minutes longer.
