Chicken Or Pork Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 c. cubed chicken or pork
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce (lite)
    3 c. cold cooked rice
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
Preparation
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil.
    Beat eggs and add to skillet until set.
    Put aside.
    Add rest of oil; cook onion, green pepper and garlic 5 minutes or until tender; stir in meat.
    Add soy sauce and rice.
    Cover and reduce heat for 5 minutes.
    Add eggs; stir and serve.
