Biscuit Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    salad oil
    3/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Soften\tyeast
    in water.
    Add biscuit mix.
    Beat vigorously for
    2
    minutes.
    Dust surface with biscuit mix or flour and knead dough
    until smooth.
    Divide dough in half and roll in
    circle. Place dough circle on baking sheet.
    Crimp edges. Brush
    dough with
    oil.\tFill
    with desired toppers.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until dough is done.
    Makes 2 (12-inch) pizza crusts.
