Tomato-Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley
    3 Tbsp. fat-free Italian dressing
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1 cucumber, diced
    1 c. toasted bread cubes
    1 bunch watercress (tough stems removed)
    1 red onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    To Make Dressing: Whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, parsley, Italian dressing, garlic and pepper until blended well.
