Hearty Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced chicken
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. diced carrots
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    1 large can evaporated milk, mixed with 2 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. oleo or butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in oleo or butter.
    Put all vegetables (onion too) and broth in pot and cook until done.
    Add chicken, parsley, oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
    Heat.
    Mix flour in milk (I use a jar and shake it).
    Add to vegetables, etc.
    Heat.
    Serves about 6.
