Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 egg
1 c. oil
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix corn and egg.
Add to dry ingredients.
Heat cup of oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Drop by tablespoons into oil.
Fry about 2 minutes on each side.
