3 Minute Delight Poppy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Cups all-purpose flour
    2 Cups sugar
    1 1/2 Cups salad oil
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 14 oz. can evaporated milk
    1 jar Baker's poppy seed filling
    1 Cup chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except the poppy seed and nuts until smooth.
    Add the poppy seed filling and the nuts, beat for 2 minutes.
    Bake at 350 for 1 hour in
    a 10 inch angel food pan.
    DO NOT GREASE PAN!
    Cool cake before removing from the pan.
