Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shortening (cut in)
1 tsp. vinegar
1 egg
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cut dry ingredients into shortening.
Mix together vinegar, egg and water.
Add liquid to dry ingredients.
Mix with pastry blender.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
