Fettucini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. fettucini (uncooked)
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream (at room temperature)
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook fettucini according to package directions; drain well. Place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing.
    Add butter, cream, Parmesan cheese and parsley; toss until fettucini is well coated.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
