Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small sliced onions
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can solid tomatoes (2 c.)
    1 large pepper
    1/2 c. rice
Preparation
    Mix solid tomatoes, rice and spices in bowl.
    Fry onions and bell pepper.
    Add hamburger, then tomatoes, rice and spices.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes in baking dish.
