Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef
    4 tsp. margarine
    1 large onion, sliced thinly
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. beef broth
    1/3 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
Preparation
    Cut beef into 2 x 1/2-inch strips.
    Lightly brown in margarine and remove from pan.
    Saute onion.
    Stir in flour and seasonings. Stir in broth and cook until thickened.
    Stir in beef, yogurt or sour cream.
    Do not boil.
    Serve with noodles.
