Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    3 Tbsp. water
    2 c. sour cream
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach
    in
    water.
    Drain
    and squeeze out excess water. Add sour cream, soup mix and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to
    30 minutes,
    until
    lightly browned.
    Serves 8.
