Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 Tbsp. water
2 c. sour cream
pepper
Preparation
-
Cook spinach
in
water.
Drain
and squeeze out excess water. Add sour cream, soup mix and pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to
30 minutes,
until
lightly browned.
Serves 8.
