Oven-Fried Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 oz.) lean center cut loin pork chops
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork chops and set aside.
    Combine egg white and next 4 ingredients; stir well.
    Combine breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, paprika and dash of garlic powder; stir well.
    Dip chops in egg white mixture; dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
