Mommy'S Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lemon yogurt, thinned with 1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. chicken tenders
crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Dip chicken in yogurt and then crackers.
Place in glass baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Do not overlap (it's okay to crowd them).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Do not turn.
