Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
5 egg whites
5 egg yolks
Preparation

Cream the sugar, margarine and Crisco. Add flour alternately with butter to which soda and vanilla have been added. Add lightly beaten egg yolks. Fold in beaten egg whites, coconut and nuts. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Use a Bundt pan.
