Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened (do not beat).
    Stir in bananas, pineapple, vanilla and 1 cup pecans and spoon batter into 3 greased and floured pans (9-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 35 minutes.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans and cool completely.
    Spread frosting between layers, top and sides.
    Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
    Frost with \"Cream Cheese Frosting.\"
