Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild pork sausage
    2 (2 1/2 oz.) cans dehydrated chicken noodle soup
    4 c. water
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 c. rice
    1 c. thin cut celery
Preparation
    Brown sausage until crumbly and drain well.
    Add rice, soup, water, onion and celery and mix well.
    Turn into 2-quart casserole dish.
    (Do not add salt.)
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
