Sausage And Pasta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. ziti
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 c. spaghetti sauce
8 oz. sausage (preferably Italian)
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 tsp. basil
4 oz. Mozzarella

Preparation

Prepare ziti as directed and drain.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook sausage meat on medium-high heat in saucepan until brown, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Stir in Ricotta, parsley, Parmesan, basil and 1 cup spaghetti sauce.
Add ziti and toss to coat well.
Spoon into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Pour 1 cup sauce over mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake 30 minutes.
