Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/8 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    10 oz. can tomatoes
    1/3 c. sliced carrots
    1/3 c. sliced celery
    1 bay leaf, crushed
Preparation
    Roll steak in flour, salt and pepper.
    Fry in oil.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until tender. Serves 6 to 8.
