Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 lb. mild Bob Evans sausage
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 to 3 slices bread, cubed
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain well.
Beat eggs; add milk.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Add sausage, bread cubes and cheese; stir.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Let stand few minutes before serving.
