Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiling water
    1 c. quick grits, cooked as directed on box
    1/4 lb. sausage, browned
    2 raw eggs, whipped
    1/2 lb. cheese, grated
Preparation
    Add grits to boiling water and cook as directed on box.
    When grits are done, add sausage, raw eggs and grated cheese.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a loaf pan or baking dish with 1/2 stick melted butter inside.
