Acorn Squash * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 squash, cut in half and cleaned of seeds
    1 lb. apple slices
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. granulated ginger
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Place cut squash with salt and margarine upside on flat baking dish in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Remove; turn over and mix all other ingredients.
    Pour over squash and bake 25 more minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
