Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned
    1/2 c. each: onions, celery and bell pepper
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. minute rice
    6 to 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onions, pepper and celery in frying pan.
    In casserole dish, mix minute rice with cream of chicken soup.
    Drain sausage and vegetables and stir into rice and soup mixture.
    Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
