Ingredients

3 to 4 pkg. ladyfingers
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
6 eggs, separated
1 pt. heavy cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Melt chocolate slowly over low heat (approximately 100\u00b0).
Add egg yolks.
Whip cream.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar. Fold egg whites and whipped cream into chocolate mixture.
Line spring-form pan with ladyfingers.
Add 1/3 of chocolate mixture. Add a layer of ladyfingers.
Add 1/3 of chocolate mixture.
Add another layer of ladyfingers.
Add remaining chocolate mixture. Refrigerate until firm.
