Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1 (6 to 8 oz.) bag small shrimp
    1/3 c. walnuts
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. raspberry jam
    1 stalk celery
    pinch of salt
    slightly less than 1/3 c. balsamic vinegar
Preparation
    Shred lettuce and place in mixing bowl. Rinse shrimp in a strainer and place in mixing bowl.
