Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 can beef broth or consomme
    1 can Golden mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 egg
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Combine 2/3 can mushroom soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish, then set it aside.
    Beat egg; add bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper and remaining mushroom soup.
    Mix beef into it.
    Shape into patties; brown on low heat until slightly brown. Mix Golden mushroom soup, beef broth and horseradish; mix together.
    Place patties in cake pan.
    Pour soup mix over it; bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Thicken gravy.
    Ready to serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
