Two-Step Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 lb. butter, softened
    6 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place flour, sugar, butter, milk, eggs and vanilla (in that order) in a 4-quart bowl. Beat at low speed with a heavy-duty electric mixer for 1 minute, stopping to scrape down sides. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
