Baked Chicken In Orange-Almond Sauce - cooking recipe

4 skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
dash of ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/2 c. seedless raisins
Preparation

Season chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Brown lightly in butter.
Arrange in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Mix flour, cinnamon, ginger and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Add to drippings in skillet.
Make a smooth paste.
Stir in orange juice, almonds and raisins.
Stir until thickened and boiling.
Pour over chicken and bake, covered, for 45 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Then bake, uncovered, 10 minutes more. Makes 4 servings.
